95 f150 fuel dual tanks

Background

I think front pump went out a couple years ago so I have been using the rear only . Drove home and parked . Next day truck turns over but I don't hear pump prime . I assumed both pumps are now out . Rear tank leaked anyway so Bed is off , rear tank out and both pumps are unplugged .

Before i spend money on pumps I am trying to be sure that is the problem . Here is as far as I have gotten .
with relay unplugged in the box under the hood and looking at the location from the fender where the relay plugs in
12 o;clock power w key on no power with it off
3 o clock power on and off
6 oclock no power either way
9 oclock same

selector switch harness on dash and switch un hooked . very dim power to yellow wire with white stripe with under hood relay in place and unplugged . No other terminals show power in the switch harness .

No power at the inertia switch harness .

Any ideas on what my next steps should be ?

Thank you

Thank you for the information . Mine is different than that and it looks like the chart on that link only goes to 92' . Do you know of any other links I can try ?

Thank you again
