I have a 93 F150 4x4 with the 302, the truck has a 6 inch lift with 33's. The truck has 200,00 miles. Its a great truck, just loose steering especially when your driving down the road. Its a little squirlly, especially w when you hit a bump.

I need some help, or suggestions to tighten up the steering a lot. Please and thank you for the help.

 

Find steering box under the Hood(follow steering shaft you can't miss it), loosen the nut, turn it in a little then retighten nut. I tightened mine a lot when I bought my truck and it went from uncontrollable to easy driving.
