Hi. I have a 93 v6 f150. 157k. I just changed oil and filter, and now white smoke is pouring out of exhaust. I decided maybe I had put to much oil in, redrained and refilled it with 4 qts. Still pouring out white smoke. Didnt do this before I changed my oil. What did I miss or do wrong? Is it possible i used the wrong oil filter?

 

White smoke indicates coolant.
