As i mentioned earlier i had a previous thread from years ago.... Its been a slow go but im almost there. Have replaced many things already.

Rad
Oil Pan
Mid ship Fuel Tank
Battery
Rear Springs
Shackles
Ball Joints
Front Suspension Mounts
Brakes

Many other minor things too like hoses/lines etc.

Next up when i get it back, Reese Hitch. My rear bumper was pretty bad. Tune up. Alignment and tire rotation.

Further down the road... Replace rear fuel tank a tanneau cover and maybe some staggered rims... Maybe, ha, things have been pretty slow getting this far. Trailer light conversion would be nice too.

Edit: My interior is pretty decent as is. No rips in the seat and 2 minor little cracks on the dash that im not worried about.

How much is this work costing you? My truck has the same body rot in almost the exact same places. Would be nice to patch it up if time and money allows.

Finally picked her up today. Was nice to get in the old beast once again. After seeing the new paint and jumping in, I realized the interior could use a really good cleaning.

While its nice to have it back. There are a number of things that need done now.

It goes in next week for a hitch now that i have no back bumper. As well ill need to get a roll pan for the rear ordered in at some point. Also im on the prowl for some rims.

All in all im pretty happy with it..... for now.

Since 2012 and the previous posts in this thread, I have been slowly replacing parts.

Damn transmission has been a reoccurring problem.

Master and slave and lines replaced, new clutch and machined the flywheel.

Then the shift forks went, all were replaced.

New slave seized, replaced under warranty. 1/2 shift forks broke twice also under warranty, and 3/4 shift forks broke again recently replaced at the cost of the forks.

Starter, Alternator, Rear fuel tank, Found some stock chrome's and put some new rubber on them. Along with general maintenance, plugs, oil changes, brake servicing, new diff cap and rear end fluid replaced.

Also upgraded the stereo system, which was a bunch of bs in itself. After several pieces being swapped out it now consists of,

Sony cd deck,
Pioneer EQ
Sony amp powering speakers
Alpine V12 powering Pioneer single shallow sub
2 Farad Cap

The Sony amp is only temporary, as it has replaced a Pioneer 4ch. Still in search of a new 4 channel amp.

Currently, my bed support/mount rails are quite deteriorated, so now in the process of finding someone to take on the task of re/re and weld something up for me.
