Fuse Problem

I posted this in my Bronco Resurrection thread but really havent got much looks down there in the "other models" section. So i firgured id post here. The bronco is a 1993 and it has the 5.8 351w in it if that makes a difference.

So the windshield wipers arent working, so first thing i check is the fuse. No go its a enclosed fuse so you really cant tell if its good or not. No biggie ill go down to autozone and get a new and see if that cures the issue. MAN they dont have it, niether does Discount auto. What to do?

according to the manual and the diagram its an 8.25 cb fuse. This couldnt be a dealer only part could it???

"CB" means "circuit breaker" - not fuse. And they virtually never go bad. But to check, just pull it & check resistance/continuity across its terminals with a digital multimeter. It should be below 5 Ohms.

When that checks good, read these captions:
