Hey all, i have recently acquired a 1979 F150 custom 4x4. As i was looking it over i noticed the the plate stated it was a F140. Does anybody know anything about this model? I also have some pictures in my profile album of the truck and the plate.

The plate that says f140 indicates that it is a f150 4x4. My boyfriend has the same plate on his 1983 model. He wondered if it was a mess up but it means it's 4x4. Hope I could help
