WTF now?

Help! Just got back from a weekend vacation, and my '88 F150 Lariat LXT 4X4 (302 EFI, AOD trans) is being cranky. Engine fires up normal, idles normal... but from time to time when I'm starting, it bucks and stumbles. Got worse as I got closer to home this afternoon. Thing is, if I just stomp the gas, there's no issue. If I try to run "politely", then from about 20 MpH or so, sometimes up to 40ish, it'll shudder, act up, etc. Wondering if it's one of three things: fuel filter getting crapped up, a TPS going bad, or something in the transmission starting to let go. Any ideas, kids?
