Distortion in rear speaker

Distortion in rear speaker
Disregard. Speaker was bad out of the box.
Recently purchased a truck that had a new, aftermarket, head unit but 1992 original speakers (which probably started failing ten years ago). Purchased a set of replacement speakers and installed the rear set on factory wires. I have found distortion in the right rear speaker. I changed polarity and will switch right and left speakers tomorrow to see if it is a speaker issue. However, I wanted to post to see if any of you have ideas. I'm a carpenter...not an audio guy.
