Brake problems

I replaced my master cylinder and power booster. I bled all my brakes and now my peddle is stiff as hell and my REAR ABS light is on? What did I do wrong?

Just out of curiosity, did you plug the brake booster vacuum line back in?

If you end up having to replace them again, get see if they'll swap it out for an F350 version, It bolted right up to mine with no problem.

Did you bench bleed the master cylinder when you put it in?

Then what you did wrong was replacing the MC. The booster can be changed simply by bending the brake lines slightly to let the MC hang out of the way.

BTW
It's not necessary to start a new thread for each question. It's better to put them all in the same thread.

Did you do bench bleed it before you installed it?

Okay well as much as I hate to post this I'm going to anyway in case other poor idiot does it to and if nothing else so ya'll can get a good laugh. I had the push rod from the brake booster turned up instead of down when I hooked it to my brake pedal and it was putting it in just enough of a bind that it would not depress all the way but thanks for all ya'lls help though.Rookie mistake ha ha
