95 f150 5.8 power to fuelpump prob

a friend of mine has a 95 f150 4x4 5.8 e4od. and the fuel pumps will not come on. it has a new idnition modual all new relays i checked power at tank selector and inurtia switch n i get nothing. any ideas we are stumped

Is there power at the fuel pump relay power in? At control power?

The fuel pump relay is what turns the pumps on. If it's not working, they won't.

weve already replaced it 4 times cant have 4 bad relays the maxi fuse was good to but we changed it just in case

Doesn't matter how good the relay is if it isn't getting power.
There should be 12v at pin 87 and 12v at pin 86 when you first switch it on.

You just keep working backwards up the line looking for the last place that has power.
