i hav 1993 e4od f150 4x4 will the 1994 e4od fit i mean can i use the 1994

 

If the donor is also 4WD and it fits the same series of engine, it will work. The 300/302/351 all use the same block pattern and are interchangeable. The 460 and PSD are different. The electrical pinouts are the same for 93 and 94, they changed in 95. There are some internal upgrades that make the 94 a slightly better transmission than the 93.
