HELP 98 Moutaineer to 92 F150 engine swap?

Anyone have any advice on what would all have to be entailed in swapping motors from a 98 Moutaineer (302 5.0 V8) to a 92 F150 (302 5.0)? my headers went out on my F150 and got a Moutaineer that is just sitting in my driveway with a GREAT engine. So would it be worth the hassel of just switching the motors or should i just fix/rebuild my F150 motor???

I'd do a COMPLETE swap, including MOST of the Mtnr wiring harness, the transmission, and all the belt-driven accessories. I'm helping a guy do this swap into an early Bronco:

Try to keep ALL the engine wiring/vacuum harness intact, and working exactly like the factory built it (it should be VERY easy), including all the emissions. The truck will be more reliable, economical, & driveable that way.
