Push button 4x4 stuck in 4low
I've always wanted a manual transfer case, oh wait..
This is probably the worst invention ever, your customers are idiots.
What the heck is a guy supposed to do if he happens to get sunk in an unseemingly soft field? Grab a shovel and dig your way to the transfercase, great plan.
Or grab the sawzall and cut that hole yeeeehhawwww.

Oh great, yet one more idjit that's too g-damn dumb to plan ahead when off roading. Brilliant. Methinks you should go back to the Miata forums and leave the adults alone.......

Miata forums. Power freaking lolz.
I said an unexpected soft spot in a field.
Have you ever ran a truck on a farm? Sometimes the field literally goes out from underneath you, then you are phucked mr chess piece 4wd shifter.
I do plan when I go offroad, If I will need 4wd I lock in the hubs and when I actually need the 4wd I grab the shifter.
I wonder how many of your awesome customers have gotten stuck in 2wd without the ability to get into 4wd..
Btw, I'm far from an idiot, don't make assumptions jackass.

In case you are blind and can't see them in my signature picture, yes I have manual hubs.
I still do not see why anyone in their right mind would want to get out of the truck and go underneath of it of all things to lock in 4x4.

2). Because not many people can diagnose & trouble shoot the stupid STOF system when they're out wheelin' and the shtf?
3). Because not every one carries around a $99.00 Chinese piece of crap rebuilt shift motor with them when they hit the trails for a week? Or a $225.00 OEM one? Or the relay module? Or the speed sensor? Or the dash buttons? Or the wiring harness? Or the pin connector?
4). Because it's the best & least expensive trail repair product ever made that everyone should keep in their vehicle for those times when that overly engineered, stupid, complicated and crappily made SOTF system takes a dump during your vacation?
5). Because every off roader worth their salt needs to get out of their truck anyways to lock their hubs before going thru the muck?
6). Because no serious explorer should rely solely on electronic components?
7). Because the Shiftster costs less than one half of what a semi-decent quality electric shift motor costs?
8). And more importantly, because my 20 year old daughter can reach under her Bronco, change to 4x4 and be on her way in less than 30 seconds?....
You have to get out to lock in hubs, but you aren't under the truck doing it.
I could pick up a manual transfercase and all the stuff needed for a swap for less than 50 bucks guaranteed. These trucks are absolutely everywhere, how are parts hard to get?

1) I can buy any t-case (manual or ESOF) for less than $80, and there are probably 10 of each within 40 miles.
2) Sounds like they should do that BEFORE going wheeling, BEFORE getting to a place where they have to crawl under the truck to jerry-rig a fix to get home
3) See #2.
4) "Best & least-expensive trail repair product ever"??? Let's try to stick to reality. It's not the best since it's a PITA to use; it's certainly not the cheapest; and it's not a REPAIR product. ESOF is so crappy that NEARLY EVERY 4WD vehicle being sold in the US has it now, including the most-expensive & most-reliable ones. There's nothing wrong with the system on a Bronco; the problem is with the OWNERS who don't comprehend preventative maintenance, and would rather butcher it than fix it right. Sort of like people who would rather do a carb swap than fix an EFI. I guess you do that on all your vehicles, too, since EFI is "overly engineered, stupid, complicated and crappily made system that takes a dump during your vacation".
5) Locking the hubs is something that happens ONCE per weekend (maybe 3x if you drive into town for dinner Saturday night). Crawling under a truck every time you need to switch between 2, 4, hi, & low is ridiculous.
6) Relying isn't the same as maintaining & using. No serious vehicle owner should trash something that works well and revert to something that is so cumbersome-to-use that it has NEVER been originally-installed on any vehicle.
7) See #4. Cheaper isn't always better - there's a reason it's synonymous with "crappier".
8) If you think it's such a crappy system, why did you put your daughter in a truck with it? And if it broke, why would you make her crawl under the truck to get unstuck? Why not just give her a shovel or a bag of gravel? Or maybe a winch? Or even better: a truck with a manual shifter that she can reach FROM INSIDE THE TRUCK???

Well well well, I see you two gurlz were busy little beavers last night, typing away like blind monkeys. Care to tell the rest of the class here who made breakfast for who today?.....

Regardless, whilst you pair of douche canoes were snoring the night away in your Ford emblazened Snuggies, I sold three more of 'these stupid p.o.s.'s'....including one to a gentleman in Bulgaria. That makes about fifteen or sixteen sold in less than a week. I think we're at #141 right now, so I want you clowns to do me a huge favor and continue on with your jealous rants, lame reasoning and derision....'cuz it really seems to boost my sales. Thanx, it's very much appreciated.
Ciao for now, jackholes.....
'Tis all in good fun, Adrian. We've been trying to get Steve to crack a smile & lighten-the-f-up for almost five years now........
Adrianspeeder
Well done, Sir, I'm most impressed. Now get back to us when you can some evening work both ***-rocket and vaginamony into a conversation during a wedding.....
