Super Cooling Radiator Swap

I have a 92 F150 with the 300 six, MT. I bought a two core super cooling radiator to replace my regular cooling radiator. I noticed on the super cooling radiator that it has what I assume are two hose connectors for the overflow tank. My original radiator just has one connector and my current overflow tank just has one connection. My question is where does the other one connect? Do I need a new overflow tank that has two connections? The super cooling radiator is out of an automatic if that makes a difference. Any ideas?

Are you sure those aren't fittings for the tranny cooler?

That's a return line for the TB heater, and the radiator hardware kit should have included a rubber cap & hose clamp to block it off. Note the inset in this diagram:

It's a little clearer in this 5.0L diagram:

Thanks Steve.

I never would have thought of that. I bought the radiator used so I guess I'll have to come up with the cap and clamp myself.

You can use a smooth piece of corrosion-resistant metal (stainless, brass, copper), a short piece of heater hose, and 2 hose clamps. If you use a stainless bolt, get one that's NOT threaded all the way up and clamp onto the smooth shank.
