was / is their a stock 300 with a 2 barrel intake? and if so what years could I find this intake? I have a crack in mine and looking to replace the intake while doing such I might aswell upgrade to a 2 barrel carb. at the same time! thanks in advance

 

Nope.
All carb 300s use a 1V.
There are some 2V adaptors available and Clifford sells a manifold which accepts either 2V or 4V carbs depending on which mounting plate you install
