CEL on '95 F150

Alright, the CEL came on a couple days ago on my daughters truck. I pulled the codes and got 12, 25, and 65. Any ideas?

Two:
1) You're reading them wrong. All '95s use 3-digit codes. For more info, read the 7th post in this thread.
