has anyone fabricated their own custom bumpers. i want to build my own with a winch but need some dimensions. i have access to a welder and a shop and all the tools i need. just need some blueprints to go off of.

i want to cut my fenders too so i can fit some larger tires on my truck. so id want the front bumper to be factored in so that the bottom of the fender and the bumper line up
