So i was wondering if anyone has put in some aluminum door sills and where to get them from? i was also wondering if anyone has replaced this plastic piece that holds the carpet down with anything else? its just a little faded and i was wondering if anyone has changed it out with maybe something aluminum or metal?

 

Good luck getting those fricken screws out. Although your door sills look 100% better than mine......There was a manufacturer that made a piece out of diamond plate aluminum that was an exact replacement, cant remember the name right now (Dee Zee?)

LMC is top notch is my book. not too sure about the body panels and what not, but i've ordered my whole front end from them and i love 'em!

 

i wanted to get these aluminum door sill plates but it says they are only for a 80-86. Does anyone know if they will fit in my 1992? they look identical. in the picture

 

I would just call em and see1-800-LMC-TRUCK but in my mag. it says they have em for 87-96 year mods.

 

yea but it says they only have them in black? i was hoping for the aluminum ones... are the black ones aluminum? or metal? cause i just dont want those plastic pos's in there any more haha
