93 f150 2wd coil spring and shock ?

Hi guys, I'm looking into buying a set of 2' lift coil springs from a place called broncograveyard, and My dad wasn't for sure if I could use new stock shocks for it or lift shocks I think I need lift shocks but all they have on the site are 1.5 inch to 4 inch no inbetween now will a 1.5inch shock work with my 2' lift coil springs? or do I need to keep looking for a 2' lift I'm just looking for a gas shock nothing hardcore the one I'm looking at is rough country gas shock

the lift shock will work for that specific range because it has more travel. u will be fine with that shock. the stock shocks are very short on these trucks, one of the reasons they have such little travel.

you shouldnt need anything else 2 inches seems like alot but when you actually put it on and all the weight is on the suspension youll prob have about 1.5 maybe and after it all settles in about 6 months to a year youll prob have about 1 inch of lift

generally you dont need anything until you go 3 or more then you need brake lines

you shouldnt have a problem

Don't do anything above a leveling coil (1.5-2 inches) without a full lift kit with drop brackets. Even with the leveling coils, you may need new camber bushings to get it to align right afterwards.

Well I only plan on getting a 2 so I can level it I don't plan on goin to big as law requires less then 3 inch body or suspension lift.
