That looks great.

I want to paint mine to look like it is made out of wood. I can paint the wood grain myself. I think it would go well with the pearl paint job I have. I'm kind of thinking about an oak color, with dark grain.

Do you think that would be just to far out there?

While I'm in there, I'm going to replace some of the older parts that are known to fail, like the heater core, and blend door. My blend door is working, but sounds like it has arthritis

Yeah as much time and effort i put in it no way i was using rattle cans. I was gonna try to paint it myself with a gun but i decided to let a pro do it. Fast turn around they had it done the next day and way better than i could have done im sure.

new dash sanded and painted pics

my bucket , My son and I purchasaed an ond 1995 f150 and are working the same thing. How do you remove the entire dash as you did. We are painting ours from the dirty grey it came with to a nice dark navy blue. I did not want to remove the window to paint it - unless it is much easier to do. Any thoughts

Welcome to the basement. Just start taking a lot of hidden screws out one by one 'till she comes free. Not more than an hour job.
