Jack Question(s)

So I thought I'd check my tire replacement system before my long drive. Figured the jack would be either under the rear seat (Ext. Cab) or under the hood.

No jack.

I have a '93, and based on the '96 owners manual my jack, lug wrench and hold-down bracket are supposed to be over the inner fender on the passenger side. Is this true for '93 Extended Cab as well?

Anybody have pics of the correct jack placement, or have the jack, wrench, bracket and hold-down wing nut to sell?

I'm probably in for a visit to the boneyard but I'd like to know exactly what to look for. Thanks.
