your talking a 37x15.50 tire. Very unlikely with just a 3 in body lift without doing some major fender trimming or adding a suspension lift.

315/75/16 is roughly a 35" tall tire. they may fit with just a body lift, but it will be tight. the tires will rub on the radius arms. u may be able to shim the bumper out for more clearance but it's gunna be tight. the wheel wells on the 87-96 trucks arent as big as the 80-86s.

when i put a 3" body lift in my old 94 extended cab the biggest i could fit with very little trimming was 33's the 315/75/16 is 34.60" overall height and 12.40" wide it would be feasably but your gonna have to cut something lol

I've only got a 3" lift in my '91 and i got 33's on and they fit like they came with it. i tryed putting 37's on one time just to take a facebook picture and they were super tight, so im going to have to agree with beastly. their gonna be tight and trimming will prolly be required but youll be able to drive it. just make sure you only go in strait lines
