1994 4x4 steering is floating

I have a 1994 f150 4x4 flare side with a 302. I am having problems with the steering. It is floating rsponse is good and I had the steering box tighten twice it also have new shocks and all ball joints. The steering does not pull or stick and is not loose. The nose does tend to sink more now when turning. It is getting so bad it is hard to keep on the road and the speed does not make a difference. I had it in 3 shops and no one can figure it out. Do I need a new steering box ?

Read this caption, but the best thing is to take it to a good alignment shop. Don't pay them unless they guarantee IN WRITING to fix it properly.
