alternator help

i need a new alternator and don't know what to buy. i have a 93 f150 with a 5.0. lookin at my lmc truck catalog it looks like i have 2 options. 1 is 95 amps and 1 is 130 amps. both are $169.95. i have no idea what the one thats in there now is rater for. obviously i want the 130 amp one but if the one i have now is 95 would i need new belts or anything else? or would it bolt right in?
