what years have the same bed ? well close to the same i got a guy who wants to buy my camper that i had on my 92 f150 long bed he has an 88 f150 longbed will it fit? also whats the earliest year that the camper could fit on? i know for sure it'll fit the 92-96 long beds

 

I'm almost positive that it will fit on the 88, and will probably fit most other 8' beds.

 

I don't know much about truck campers, but there shouldn't be much variance in the beds... you might be better off checking a local camper dealer they would be able to give you a more accurate answer.

 

i would think it would fit. you could always just try putting it in his truck to see..

 

the beds are the same. only differences between exterior of the trucks is the front end.

 

The tailgate latches are very different, but none of that matters. It'll fit all Ford/Dodge 8' fleetside beds. GMs have a taper, and it MIGHT not fit in them. It'll probably fit fullsize import 8' beds, but IDK.
