1990 F150 Codes

Hi, I am new to this forum as I just bought a '90 F150 4x4. I noticed that the check engine light only comes on after about 5 minutes or so of driving so I ran and looked up the codes and I got 67(neutral/drive switch circuit open), 32(egr positioner sensor below closed limit), and 41(oxygen sensor circuit indicates system always lean). Can anyone tell me how to fix these or what they mean? Thanks.

To fix any code, you have to understand what it means & then diagnose all the systems & components that could affect that circuit. IMO, it helps to read SEVERAL versions of the code definitions, so do some searching for EEC-IV code lists. You can find a few at these links:

For 67, read this caption:

For 32, here's the EVP:

For 41, check for exhaust leaks by letting the engine idle & plugging the tailpipe with a damp rag. Leaks will become apparent as an obvious hiss/puff near the engine.

Thanks for the links. I realized the code 67 was me not pushing the cultch pedal in when I was checking the codes and I replaced the EVP and that took care of the code 32. Now I just gotta fix 41.
