1992 F150 Custom, 300 CBI, 5 Speed, 115,000

New Trans, fluid levels are good, shifts sometimes but then other times no shifting at all, I seam to be able to shift a lot easier after my truck has been driven a while, (when started it in 4th gear odd smells were coming out exhaust) any ideas?

 

If you can't get it to go into gear it could be your throw out barring in your clutch or worse, your synchronizer gear

 

Take it back to the place that sold/installed it & complain. Let them figure out why it's goofed up. If you go messing with it, you'll void the warranty.
