wrecked 4X4 F150 buid thread
i actually dont know what that is for... i think if i wanted to make it a stick. i would have to get one with a hole in it and bolt that one in, could be wrong though but anyway post up some pics of your 89
I am sort of fixing to do the same thing with my 1993 F 150 .. Katrina hurricane victim truck ... It has been sitting out at our old country house for about a year now .. Still has a good running 4.9 L motor.. But there is no bed on it , thanks to the big Oak tree that fell across it.. I am going to follow your thread ... Nice idea .. I always like fixing up the older trucks and cars... It's proof of how much better stuff was built back then,, Hey by the way we got the same seats with the console I bought mine from a junk yard ..
Here is the old truck as we took off the steam cleaner and laid it to rest about one year ago it has not been started for almost 6 months now...

Thanks for the compliments! Its a lot of work, as yall know the older they get the more of a pain they get to be! Cant wait to see the lift on it. Hows the progress with the front end coming along? Make sure you take plenty of pics and document it, I wish I would have taken pics of all the stuff I have done.
