Emergency Flasher, Help.

Hey all,

My father has a 1989 Ford f-150, with the 5.0 engine. We are having a problem with our emergency flasher. The turn signals are working fine. But when we try and use the flasher, it will blink really fast, or not at all. We bought a new heavy duty flasher, but we are still having the same problem. What do you think could be wrong?

Thanks , James.

All the fuses are good and are the correct amp. The bulbs are working fine, brake lights, turn signals, running lights.

So that's why I am stuck.

Problem Fixed! Turns out there is a Second Flasher in the dash, behind the glove box! I am glad we got this problem solved, and fixed. This truck is our Hauler, we tow the Bass boat, and we have a Lance camper on her.

Thanks for all the help again.
