Interchangeability of 8th and 9th gen parts

How interchangeable are the parts between 8th and 9th gen f-150. The three trucks are a 1990 Ford F150 with the straight 6, 1991 Ford F150 with the straight 6, and a 1994 F-150 with the small block V8. Thanks a lot

There's not much difference from '80-96, so I consider them the same generation, with 2 distinct body styles at '92; the older style has a subdivision at '87.
