93-f150

runs ok in park. once in drive it acts like it has water in fuel (but doesn't).cant get it over 35 or 40 mph. here's the CODEShope someone can help)116-ECT outside test limits;117-ECT sensor circuit below min. voltage;172 HEGO shows system always lean:225-knock not sensed during dynamic responce test;327-evp below min. voltage;542-fuel pump secondary circuit failure,PCM to ground(the truck has duel fuel tanks).symtoms include ,rich smell from exhaust,and have to pump the pedal fast to keep it moving in Drive. Can anyone help me out with this? thanks by the way its a 4.9 6 cyl. engine

heres something new. i disconnected a vacuum line on the intake and it started running better, a little.the line had a factory cap on it. so its acting like its not getting enought air into it. what can cause this?

Does your fuel pumps run all the time the key is on and the engine is not running?

both fuel pumps work normal

i should've bought the fuel gauge first.

fixed all those other codes,still run like crap.so i bought a fuel pressure gauge.i should have done that first.
so my pressure is only half of what the book calls for on this model. i checked the fuel filter, lots of trash! so im pulling the tanks tomarrow, im pretty sure this is the problem.i'll post what i learn,hopefully it will help someone else save some money by reading this
