Random shudder 91 f150 300 I6
Hey all,
so Im riding down the highway a few months ago and as i start to climb a hill(slight grade) i get this weird vibration throughout my truck. Its almost like if the ground was uneven on both sides and the wheels are hopping all about. I was due for a tranny flush so I did it and it worked for a month or so, shifted perfectly and everything. BUT NOW ITS BACK!! and its not always when i go up hills, thats just when it likes to the most, it can happen pretty much at random at any speed above 45mph. Its currently got 131k.....Also a side note, I was looking in my haynes book one day and say the symptoms match what was called a "transmission band" adjustment. Unfortunatly this is only for the c-series trannys not my e4od.
Its got 3.08's in the rear if thats useful at all
