When I turn on my headlights I have headlights, but I have no running lights, or dash lights. When i adjust carefully I have running lights, and dash lights, but no head lights. I have checked under the dash for the fuses, they are fine. I have replaced the light switch it's self, But I noticed a burn mark on the female side of where the male side of the switch plugs into. Where can I be grounding out, or do I need to replace the wire harnes? I cannot find where I am shorting out. I need help in a bad way! Please help!

Sounds like an open not a short.
Yes I would replace the plug.
