driveshaft

I'm looking to put a 5-speed(M5OD) in my truck. I have everything for the swap except the correct rear driveshaft. I have a 94 5.0L, E4OD, Extd cab, short bed, 4x4. I've been having alot of trouble finding one and I'm thinking of trying to have a longer one cut to the right size. What (if any) driveshafts would be longer than what I need but still one peice? I know extd cab long bed 5spds seem to all have carrier bearings.

Well first off, you will need to also replace the engine computer due to the fact that the E4OD is computer controlled and the engine management system needs input from the trans to operate properly. Other than that, just need to check junkyards, craigslist, etc. Not many extra cab longbeds with a one piece shaft.
