Talking '73 to '79 Cab spec's

Hey guys

I got a '74 F-350 dump. (got it for a grand) Every thing works including the e-Brake!
All solid.
Just put a new 390 in it.
How do I know if the cab is place on the frame correctly? the fender lines are sagging and I'm gonna put in a new core support.
What can I measure to ensure the cab is where it's supposed to be
I think the cab has to be lifted up alittle cause the floor pan is touching the frame and produces a rattle.
Thanks Reamer

Reamer, I'm assuming that by now you have looked at the Cab mounts.
They are notorious for rusting away and letting the cab sit down on other perches.

Replacing those Cab Mount perches has gotta be a real Booger of a Job.

Thudpucker,
That is my next post, to see if anyone has a good photo of the front mount!
