I need to check/set the timing on my truck... the chilton manual isn't very clear at all... anyone know of a URL that has this info?

On my 94 5.0 it is 10 degrees BTDC with the spout out-I believe there is a tag either on the hood or on top of radiator frame near hood latch with the correct base timing along with spark plug gap and other info
