I'm new here, so maybe this has been asked before. I have my 1990 F-150 4X4 and when it's cold, it shifts kind of slow. When it gets up to temp, the 2-3 shift hits so hard it's ripping my U-joints out. I think I have the A4OD trans. Is there an adjustment I can make? Also there is a pump inside the trans that runs all the time and wears my battery down. Any relation or clues on how to fix these things?
