If all you want to do is level your 4x4, then get some new coil springs!!! Body lifts might be cheap, but there is a lot of labor involved, they aren't nearly as good as upgrading suspension parts, and in my humble opinion, look like s#$t. I put a leveling kit on my 1990 F-150 4X4 for about $200-$300. I don't remember exactly how much becuase I bought some other things as well and the total was $400. I used the Eibach springs, and my truck looked much better, and it was much simpler to install, plus I had the peace of mind of knowing that my suspension and truck was much more stable. I have since put a 4" suspension lift on there so I'm not even using the springs right now. My best advice to you: Get a 6" lift and put some 35"x14.50" Super Swamper SSR's on!!!! You'll end up doing it sooner or later!
I started off with a leveling kit, ended up getting a 4" lift, and already I kind of wish I had gotten a 6" lift. It's just never going to be high enough for me I guess. Sorry for getting off topic, but please take my advice and go with the new front coil springs.

I've never heard of anyone doing that, but if you're sure it works and you can get some for cheap, then I guess F-250 springs would be one option. But you would have to remember to find an F-250 with coils. Many have the leaf springs front and rear.
I'm not sure if a body lift would be the answer to your problem, though, because a body lift will add 2-3" front AND rear, so your truck will still sit lower in the front. Personally, I would just purchase a leveling kit and not worry about it. Just my 2 cents.
