My brother has a 94 F-150 4X4 with manual roll up windows. We need to get the door panel off in order to fix the broken door handle. I have taken off door panels before but the door had a power window. We have the panel hanging but need to know how to get the handle off for the roll up window.

I used to have a Ranger with the manual windows and all I had to do was pop off a cover that snapped onto the handle. This should uncover a screw at the pivot point of the handle.
