'93' 4.9 6cyl smell gas & won't start when cold outside after sitting overnight
Sounds like a carburetor problem (or whatever they call em on the EFI engine) so I'd check the cold start throttle position, give the throttle and linkages a good cleaning, make sure all your hoses are connected, and the electronic throttle position connector is clean & making good contact.
HELP! My 1993 F150 4.9 liter straight 6 won't start when cold outside after sitting overnight. Engine is getting spark..there is a strong smell of fuel.
