Question TSB help

Does anyone have access to Ford TSB's or know where I can find them on the web? I've tried the recalls/tsb portion of the ford-trucks.com site and alldata, too.
I'm specifically looking for TSB #941411 (Alldata number)entitled Difficult or Slow Filling Fuel Tank issued by Ford in July '94 for 1992 F250s. My '90 F150 has this problem and it's driving me nuts. Any and all help appreciated.

Hey TMC.
I've seen the vent line get crushed and that makes the pressure build up in the tank, and the fuel wont go down the fillpipe fast enough. The auto shutoff on the pump handle would keep clicking off unless you ran it at about half. I believe the line runs up the fillpipe on the outside then connects at the top

Just go to the local FORD dealer and ask about the TSB. They should keep all the TSB books, and shouldn't charge you to look it up for you. As for the vent tube, that definetly could be it, which tank, front or rear? And I'm not real sure but I think the vent tube is inside the filler tube.

tmcalavy: I've heard about the fuel overfill TSB, but never about a slow fill. Is it that way on both tanks?
