I would be interested in the chip but you have to help me out. What's that code? should I look somewhere on my truck to find a matching code? I have a 1996 F150 4x2 w/302 and an AOD trans. I hoope that this one fits! Thanks -- Martin

you can look at a couple of different places.
1..under the hood where the wiring harness for the computer goes in. on the driver side low it will have a bolt in the middle of the harness and a white sticker with the code on it.
2..you would have to take the kick panel off on the driver side inside of the truck, where the emer. brake is. after you take it off you have to look throught the metal plate to see the computer and the code will be on a sticker on it.
...the code will be a combo of leters and number but the code is only 4 letters or numbers long. on either one one the stickers the code would be in bold type.

hope this helps..

I thought that I replied last night, but I see it is not here. I guess I'm not real good at computers. Thanks 95 Fordman, I found my code yesterday evening and it is the correct one (YAZ3).

Chris, I definately want the chip, if you still have it. Just email, or call when it's out with the arrangements that you would like. Thanks alot -- Martin

MW,

I still have the chip. It's yours. I think you'll enjoy it. I sure can tell it's not in there. How do I get your e mail address?
