Post clutch problems

recently replaced clutch and hyd slave cycl on 1994 ford f150, every ten days or so the clutch starts to slip, if i just crack the bleeder screw throw out bearing jumps back into position with out pressure on it then clutch will be fine for another week or so,any suggestions

Just a question-Did you completely bleed the slave system when you replaced it? It sounds like(I could be wrong)that there is still air in the lines. when you stated that if the bleed screw is cracked,the slave works fine for a week- do you mean that you are completely re-bleeding the system? If thats not it mabey look to see if your clutch resevoir,lines,or slave itself isn't leaking.
