there 4 wheel drive indicator light(in there dash) not working?

At the risk of pointing out the obvious, have you checked the bulb and replaced it if necessary? If the bulb was OK, have you tested socket for voltage and continuity to ground?

I wouldnt worry about it. The front wheels spinning is what tells me it is in 4x4, not the light comming on.

i know the 4wd works. i would just like for the rest of my sh-it to work. ford put it on there for a reason. so why not fix it?

Either the bulb, or range switch on the transfer case.

Low range light work?
