Steering Box Leaking After Adjustment?
'92 F150, 5.0, 5spd manual, 4x4
I loosened up the 5/8 nut on top of my steering box and tightened the screw about 1/2 turn and tightened the nut back down. This fixed my loose steering, but now I've got power steering fluid leaking from the top of the steering box. Does anybody know why or what I can do about it?

hi yes the same thing happened to me on my 87..
loosen bolt again and mark where the adjustment screw is and turn it out like as far as it will go. then get some permetex and smear all over threads and turn screw back in to the right adjustment and tighten the lock bolt. its fluid seeping past the threads and this will fix it.
