5.0 Engine Swap Question

I've got a '92 F150, 5.0, 4 spd manual tranny w/overdrive. I'm buying a 5.0 motor out of a '95 F250 that had an automatic transmission with plans to rebuild it and keep my F150 forever. Everything is still on the motor; fuel rails, sensors, intake, throttle body, a/c compressor, etc. Will most of that stuff work in my truck even though the transmissions and year models are different or will I just end up scrapping everything but the block and heads? Thanks.

it should all work because most of the parts are the same on the 5.0 engines and if the parts don't work just swap them over.

Better double check everything. F250s didnt come with 302s. If it is gas its either a 300 or 351

Update: The guy that I was buying it from turned out to be a little hazy on the specifics and frankly seemed like he was up to something. So, I left it sitting on his garage floor. I had never seen an F250 with a 302 either. Thanks for the help anyway.
