Rust Free Beds?

Does anybody know of a place that I can get a nice bed for my 1996 F150? I'll also need a bumper. Everything that I have found so far has been rusted out. My truck was rear ended. The insurance company totaled it out. I'm trying to decide if I should take the full payment or take the salvage buyout of $1000 and use the rest to buy a bed and bumper. The truck runs like a champ and only has 86K miles. Other option is to find another truck somewhere. I'm not sure if I can find anything decent for less than $5,000

ETA: I'm in Central IL

I feel you, i'm just getting back on the road due to a drunk driver plowing into the back of my parked truck. I was able to find a few rust free beds, one of which i took, but there over here in California. I don't know how far you're willing to go, but i was able to find some that were rust free out here.
Good luck.

One more thing, did you check to make sure your frame is still straight?

Nice truck boneyard right down the road from me. Nothing has rust. Sorry about the up north salt crap you guys have to deal with. Tons of brand new (looking) beds stacked 6 or 8 high, all colors, lengths, make and models.

That's what I'm afraid of. It seems that every bed within a 200 mile radius is junk. The insurance company made me a pretty decent offer so I may just let them have it and then find something else. A clean 4x4 extended cab would be ideal but probably out of my price range.

You are going to have to travel more than 200 miles from where you are to find stuff that's not rusty. Think south and west.
