Need Help

I can't figure out how to remove the body bushings. According to the instructions, you remove the bolt, put it in backwards then hammer it out. For what ever reason, the washer plate that sits at the bottom of the bushing will not come out. Has anybody ever found a way to get them to release. Should I Just torch them off? I have posted this article 5 times now, no one seems to answer or know. I really could use some input.

Thanks.

May help to relieve some of the compression by lifting the weight of the body off the frame.

Thanks Anyway

I guess, if anyone had said the bottom retaining flange was expanded inside the upper retaining flange I would have figured out that a drill bit or grind while inside the flanges will do the trick. I finally burned a cut one off for 3 hours and figured it out. Basically, unless you do put a drill bigger than the bolt inside to remove the upper sponged out piece of the bolt, you can't get them apart. I will post pictures so no one else has to feel dumb asking this question 5 times, and getting no information.

Thanks.
