Can't get body bushing out?

Can't get body bushing out?
I am trying to remove the body bushing from under the driver and passenger feet area, I can't seem to remove the plate that the bolt screws into. Any thoughts, any help please?

Body Mounts
I guess I am the only person to have this issue, but does anyone have a clue how I could get them out? Help would be appreciated.
