What part should I replace, because it takes forever to refuel my truck. If I try and pull the fuel nozzle handle to full blast, the fuel cuts off at the pump like the truck is full. The truck is a 87 F150 with a step side short bed. Looking at lmctrucks.com part numbers 43-3353 or 43-3354 right now, but I do not know if I need both or only 1.

You've likely got a plugged/pinched vent line on the tank so it's having to vent up the fuel intake, and this pressure kicks off the pump. I'd check that before replacing anything.
